Your Responsibilities:

• Implement physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Assist residents in improving mobility strength balance and independence

• Provide rehab support post-surgery injury or illness

• Monitor and document resident progress and adjust care as needed

• Educate residents and families on rehab techniques and mobility strategies

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient-centered care

• Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to regulatory standards

• Deliver care in a compassionate respectful and supportive manner

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin PTA license

• Strong communication clinical and interpersonal skills

• A passion for working with older adults

• Dependable and flexible team player
