Job Summary

Greenberg Traurig has an opening in its New Jersey office for a Mid-Level Immigration Attorney. Qualified candidates should have five or more years of experience specifically in business immigration including extensive experience in I-9 Compliance DOL DHS and DOJ audits as well as experience with nonimmigrant (H1B L-1 TN O1 etc.) and immigrant visas and PERM applications. Additional requirements include excellent client service and communication skills case management productivity well-developed organizational skills and advanced writing and analytical skills. Experience managing a large client base is a plus.

The expected pay range for this position is:

$140000-$160000 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
