We are expanding our team and seeking aMotorrad Product Advisor to join our brand-new standalone location.

The Role
At BMW Toronto Motorrad we dont just sell motorcycleswe deliver a lifestyle defined by performance freedom and luxury.
As a Product Advisor you will represent the brand with confidence energy and professionalism while guiding clients through a premium purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell BMW motorcycles apparel rider gear and accessories
- Respond to digital leads daily and maintain consistent follow-up
- Manage inbound calls and convert inquiries into appointments
- Engage walk-in clients and deliver exceptional in-store experiences
- Maintain daily follow-up with prospects until purchase or close
- Track sold units and ensure seamless delivery timelines
- Proactively generate business through outbound efforts
- Stay current on incoming and available inventory
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Present financing and payment options confidently
- Ask for the sale and close effectively
- Deliver sold units in a memorable premium experience
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up to drive CSI performance
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared performance goals

- Ability to maneuver motorcycles in tight spaces
Requirements
- Valid OMVIC License
- Valid Ontario G-Class Drivers License
- Valid Ontario M2 or M-Class Motorcycle License
