Operations Communications Specialist

We are seeking an entry-level Operations Communications Specialist to support mission-critical communication efforts within a dynamic operational environment. This role requires strong communication skills technical proficiency with common office and collaboration tools and the ability to manage and disseminate information effectively.

• Support operational communication processes ensuring timely and accurate information flow across teams
• Draft edit and distribute internal communications reports and updates
• Maintain and organize knowledge management systems such as SharePoint or Confluence
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures and maintaining operational records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity in communications
• Monitor and track communication workflows to ensure consistency and effectiveness

• Bachelors degree with 0 years of experience or 4 years of experience in lieu if a degree
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with knowledge management platforms (e.g. SharePoint or Confluence)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or academic experience related to communications operations or information management
• Basic understanding of operational workflows or government environments
