Key tasks
- Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell our product
- Manage and develop distributor partners with clear plan and sales target
- Maintain and grow market share of responsible partners with agile actions to take based on competitors activities and partners changes etc.
- Cross-functional coordination internally within sales team and P&A team
- Up to 2/3 of travelling time
Competencies experience and attitudes to do the job
- Bachelors degree or above in mechanical or electrical related majors
- Over 5 years sales experience in industrial automation field with proven track record
- Food or Pharma industry experience or mechanical system experience would be a plus
- Experience in managing distributors and high integrity
- Good business acumen willing to learn
- Teamwork spirit and good cross function communication skills
- Can accept travel rate up to 60%
