- Meet with clients and guide them through selectionscabinetry countertops flooring finishes fixtures and more
- Develop design concepts and layouts (CAD experience is a plus but not required)
- Partner closely with Sales and Project Managers to align design with scope budget and timeline
- Recommend solutions that balance aesthetics function and cost
- Manage ordering of materials and coordinate with vendors to keep projects moving
- Support projects from start to finishanswering questions and helping solve design challenges along the way
- Maintain and elevate our showroomkeeping it organized current and inspiring
- Stay on top of trends materials and new products to bring fresh ideas to the table
- You have a natural eye for design and layout
- You enjoy working with people just as much as working on designs
- You can take a clients idea and turn it into something real and functional
- Youre organized and can manage multiple projects without dropping details
- Youre curious you like researching trends and finding better solutions
- Youre comfortable balancing creativity with budgets and timelines
- 2 years of experience in design remodeling or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Knowledge of materials finishes and basic construction concepts
- CAD or design software experience is a plus
- Valid drivers license and ability to visit job sites as needed
