• Expected Pay Range:$28.37 - $33.42 per hour

• Shift Differential:Yes $1.50

• Bonus:This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What Youll Do

• Lead all equipment environmental and master sanitation activities across the facility including wet and dry cleaning custodial oversight and SSOP execution.

• Supervise and develop the sanitation team ensuring safe practices compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement.

• Partner with Quality and Production to monitor environmental swabs investigate out-of-specification results and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage sanitation KPIs chemical usage titrations PPE inventory and master cleaning schedules to drive efficiency and cost control.

• Oversee sanitary design reviews equipment inspections and sanitation-related change management initiatives.

What Youll Bring

• 5 years of experience in food manufacturing with direct sanitation leadership experience preferred.

• 3 years of supervisory or management experience.

• Strong knowledge of food microbiology sanitation methodology hygienic design and SOP management.

• Experience conducting inspections leading investigations and driving corrective actions.

• Strong leadership training communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• High school diploma required; sanitation certification or associate/bachelors degree preferred.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Regular standing walking climbing bending kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work in wet humid dusty hot cold and loud production environments.

• Required use of PPE including respirators hearing protection eye protection and head protection.

• Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
