At TaskUs we look for the Ridiculously Good. As our Senior Operations Manager for Global Accounts you arent just a manageryoure the engine room. You are the execution arm of our senior leadership tasked with turning high-level strategy into ground-level reality across multiple borders.

What Youll Do

1. Strategy in Motion

  • Translate big picture executive strategies into structured localized action plans.

  • Drive seamless execution across diverse sites and geographies ensuring a unified TaskUs experience.

2. The Command Center (Governance)

  • Build and own the Source of Trutha centralized tracking system for all global initiatives.

  • Maintain 20/20 visibility on project status ownership and risk mitigation.

  • Lead high-stakes weekly execution reviews that focus on outcomes not just slide decks.

3. Radical Accountability

  • Act as the closerproactively chasing and escalating actions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Hold stakeholders accountable across all reporting lines; youre the guardian of our commitments.

4. Stakeholder Synergy

  • Serve as the proxy for senior leadership in alignment discussions and client narratives.

  • Navigate internal resistance with grace and data driving consensus across multicultural teams.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Experience: 7 years in Operations Account Management Performance Enablement or PMO within a fast-paced multi-site environment. Telecom Travel and E-Commerce Background is a Plus!

  • The Closer Mentality: A proven track record of leading excellence in complex accounts and lines of businesses driving completion of mult-dependcy projects to the finish line under tight deadlines.

  • Global Fluency: Experience managing process alignment across different sites global exposure is a plus!

  • Influential Leadership: The ability to lead motivate and nudge senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams toward a common goal.

  • Data-Driven DNA: You use insights to identify performance gaps early and provide leadership with the why behind the what.

The Nice-to-Haves

  • Mastery of Change Management methodologies.

  • A background in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) or Six Sigma.

  • The flexibility to hop on a plane when a global site needs your boots on the ground.
