Job Summary
This position is responsible for the technical development and implementation of comprehensive energy efficiency and renewable power projects. This role will require a flexible schedule to perform site walks and review status of construction projects as needed. Energy Analyst will support Project Manager (PM) to ensure deliverables are accurately and timely completed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support the development Integrated Services projects which may include energy efficiency renewable/ micro-grid battery storage and electrification scope(s).
Performs energy analysis and reviews analysis performed by others
Perform site audits to identify existing equipment and potential energy opportunities.
Use and understand the computer modeling software programs such as Energy Tool Base Helioscope and other tools as required to perform preliminary design and analysis of various energy measures.
Identify energy savings opportunities under the direction of the Project Manager.
Supports the (PM) during the construction phase of the project by reviewing submittals and change orders RFIs; makes recommendations for approval.
Assists in sizing savings and layouts for solar and storage scope as required for development.
Prepares and Administers rebate applications interconnect agreements and permit applications
Conduct site walks interfaces with customers and Account Managers to develop scopes of work.
Manages and/or oversees the permitting process.
Cultivates cohesive working relationships with co-workers.
Contributes to team efforts by implementing solutions to conventional problems and issues
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience working on energy efficiency or renewable projects
Minimum one year working with utilities or solar interconnection process.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Clearly communicates technical detail as it pertains to their area of functional expertise.
Knowledge on managing utility rebates incentives and interconnect applications for various scopes of work.

Geographic Disclosure
Compensation Range: $33 - $45 per hour
