Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires flexibility to work mixed shifts and support multiple facilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures
Monitor assess and document patient respiratory status
Operate and manage ventilators and related respiratory equipment
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Float to other affiliated facilities as required
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
CRT or RRT credential accepted
Education
Associate Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
Licensure & Certifications
Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist License (required at time of submission)
