Incentives: $15000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salaried starting at $78000 and up commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Phoenix. We are looking for anexperienced Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong background in treating cognitive-communication speech/language swallowing and voice disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience or clinical exposure in an outpatient and/or neuro-based setting and value collaboration within the SLP department and with an interdisciplinary therapy team.

• Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

• Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• State SLP licensure required
• ASHA certification is required
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
