Job Description
This is a part-time temporary/seasonal position.
The executive support coach will assess current VP/Exec Coordinator workflows clarify roles and responsibilities guide development of more efficient workflows and effective collaboration between the VP and Admin Coordinator. This role operates with a high degree of independence exercising discretion and judgment in facilitating discussions coaching staff and recommending improvements to team structure communication and processes. The coach handles sensitive information with confidentiality and develops practical solutions to enhance alignment efficiency and understanding of organizational expectations and workplace culture. This role works up to 10 hours/week.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in supporting a supporting a senior/executive-level leader
Knowledge of NSHE processes systems and structure
Compensation:
$45.00 an hour
