Lockbox Operations Specialist I (On-Site Graham NC)

Labcorpis seeking a Lockbox Operations Specialist I to join our team at 1225 Jay Lane Graham NC.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm EST Monday-Friday.

Job Responsibilities

• Read daily emails
• Help maintain the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Respond to any incoming emails
• Complete required training
• Share best practices with the team
• Continually supports the Lean Principles
• Offers suggestions to supervisor/team lead to improve processes
• Be able to differentiate between various types of payments from multiple companies
• Sort and prep checks for deposit
• Sort/ Process credit card payments
• Maintain personal time and PLB in Workday
• Update management on suggestions feedback and process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1 year or more work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years or more working with Lockbox operations

Additional Job Standards

• Understanding of lockbox processes
• Basic EOB/Insurance knowledge
• Understanding of basic accounting processes
• Ability to 10-key with efficiency and accuracy

Pay Range:$ 17.75 - $21.00 per hour

All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.
