The Opportunity

Were looking for aWorkforceManagerwho can leadworkforceplanning in a dynamic multiâsite environment balancing commercial outcomes service delivery and people engagement. This role goes beyond dayâtoâday scheduling; its about improving howworkforcedecisions are made supported and adopted across the business.
Youll partner closely with Sales Operations Production and senior leaders to translate demand into labour plans withclear cost safety and compliance guardrails while leading your team through ongoing change and improvement.

Core Responsibilities
  • Leading strategicworkforceplanning using data trends and predictive insights
  • Managing a team ofWorkforceCoordinators through clear priorities standards and trust
  • Working by exception focusing attention where risk cost or service thresholds are breached
  • Influencing stakeholders (including SLT) through insightâdriven recommendations not just reports
  • Improving team engagement ownership and capability as operational models evolve
  • Balancing labour efficiency compliance and crew experience in highâpressure environments

    About You

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
    • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication interpersonal and customer-service skills
    • Ability to successfully interact and support all levels of management within the organization
    • Strong analytical ability
    • Regional management role/multi location management role
    • Excel/data analysis skills
