Where Youll Make a Difference
Execute complex and strategic compliance reviews of flavor formulas for the India subcontinent.
Ensure timely and accurate customer regulatory documentation meeting internal and external deadlines.
Maintain and update label and regulatory data in internal systems.
Support R&D Creative Quality Production and crossfunctional teams in resolving regulatory and compliance queries.
Prepare and manage customer submissions authority documentation and legal/regulatory disclosures.
Ensure efficient archiving and traceability of regulatory documentation.
Identify potential compliance risks and proactively raise concerns related to documentation and hazard communication.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelors degree in Chemistry Food Science Regulatory Affairs or a related discipline.
Proven 2-3 Years experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Quality within flavors food ingredients FMCG or related industries.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks customer restrictions and labeling requirements.
Handson experience with regulatory systems databases and IT tools.
Ability to manage multiple documentation requests with accuracy and speed.
Clear structured communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions.
How Would You Stand Out
Experience supporting India or regional regulatory requirements.
Ability to triage routine vs. complex regulatory queries and route appropriately.
Strong attention to detail with a riskspotting mindset.
Familiarity with hazard communication standards and regulatory data elements.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.
Comfort using established software tools and preset practices to drive efficiency.
