Step A: $30.31 per hour
Requirements:
- Mechanical electrical plumbing carpentry masonry and building system (HVAC) fire suppression security communication etc. skills substantiated by training/work experience
- Ability to manage compliance with environmental health and saftey regulations
- Effective supervisory communication problem-solving and time management skills
- Available to work irregular hours or a non-traditional schedule when required
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is required
