The Specialist serves as a partner to the Central Delivery Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This hybrid role blends high-trust senior leadership support with operational coordination system building and cross-team enablement.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate and facilitate SLT and partnerlevel meetings including agendas materials followups and implementation of bestpractice meeting standards.
• Manage SLT calendar priorities and maintain shared systems for travel PTO and major commitments to support alignment and proactive planning.
• Collaborate with Program Operations on the development of templates standardized tools shared folders and operating mechanisms that improve consistency.
• Lead and coordinate the team responsible for event facilitation (local events workshops innovation sessions exec meetings) ensuring professional execution smooth logistics and consistent processes.
• Partner with Corporate Marketing DOSE teams and local staff to deliver highquality events following timelines communication plans and vendor processes.
• Contribute to the design documentation and rollout of improved program processes SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we would like you to have (minimum qualification):

• Bachelors degree (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
• 2 years of work experience leading executive-level coordination communication and decision support and/or related experience
• Experience with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool)

What we need you to have (preferred qualifications):

• Knowledge of the utility market (specifically energy efficiency demand response and distributed energy resource programs and markets).
• Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook PowerPoint) with demonstrated experience in Excel.
• Outstanding analytical writing and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool).
