Concrete Crew Laborer

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Crew Laborer to join our construction this role youll assist with various tasks involved in pouring leveling finishing and curing concrete for residential commercial and/or industrial projects. This is a hands-on physical job requiring attention to detail safety awareness and a strong work ethic.

• Assist in site prep including digging grading and setting forms
• Load unload and move materials and tools to job sites
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Helps to pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Previous construction or concrete work experience preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather
• Comfortable working with power tools hand tools and machinery
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Basic understanding of safety practices and ability to follow directions
• Valid Drivers License preferred.
• Ability to work long hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.
