Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a clients team at (3) communities in Minneapolis & Edina MN (55408/55435). The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in residential maintenance have experience with unit turns have knowledge of basic maintenance be self-motivated be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. This role is contracted and expected to go 90-120 days in length but could become permanent for the right candidate.

Salary: $26-$28/hour DOQ.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 830-5pm - No On Call requirements

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

The completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned by performing a wide variety of general maintenance and repair functions including:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Appliance repair
• Air handler and general HVAC maintenance
• Lock changes
• Apartment turnovers
• Preventative maintenance
• Installation and repair of window coverings doors cabinets light fixtures etc.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years experience in residential maintenance unit turns work orders and preventative maintenance. (At least 1 years experience as a Senior or Lead Maintenance Technician).
• Have own tool set.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Be able to pass a background check before employment.
• Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation as this role will be roving between sites as needed.
