Role Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily rehabilitation operations ensuring high-quality patient-centered therapy services

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist as needed

• Coordinate therapy scheduling staffing and productivity to support efficient operations

• Mentor and support therapy staff promoting engagement accountability and professional growth

• Oversee documentation accuracy quality assurance and regulatory compliance

• Participate in Medicare meetings and collaborate with facility leadership residents and families

• Promote evidence-based therapy practices and continuous program improvement

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Wisconsin

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Experience in skilled nursing or senior living settings required

• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills

• Passion for working with older adults and leading a therapy team
