Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and culturally sensitive environment.
- Support students in adapting to discipline and routine.
- Provide emotional and social guidance.
- Respect and understand diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Maintain discipline while being empathetic.
- Ensure safety hygiene and overall well-being.
- Coordinate with teachers and administration for student progress.
- Encourage value-based learning and community living.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in working with tribal/rural communities (preferred).
- High level of patience empathy and cultural awareness.
- Background in education/social work is an advantage.
