Job Summary
Location: On-site across Cincinnati Northern Kentucky and Indiana
Schedule: MondayFriday 4555 hours/week; occasional Saturdays

Role Responsibilities
- Understand and execute daily and weekly work plans
- Operate safely in all weather conditions
- Read and interpret construction drawings and layout stakes
- Operate dozers for bulk and finish grading (experience required)
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Adhere strictly to our Employee Safety Policy
- Arrive on time alert and prepared to work
- Available to work 40 hours per week including occasional Saturdays
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
- Reliable team-oriented and able to motivate others
- Excellent multitasking and attention to detail
- Clear communicatorverbal text and phone
- Physically capable of lifting 5075 lbs on rugged terrain
- Respectful of other crew members and their contributions
- Time management and self-discipline are essential
- Operator - 23 years of experience operating heavy equipment
