Quality Assurance Process Analyst Mission Assurance

Peraton is seeking a Quality Assurance / Mission assurance Analyst to join our team of qualified diverse individuals. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that processes and deliverables for mission-critical FAA systems meet defined quality standards. This position works closely with engineers developers and program managers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs.

In this position you will:

• Understand establish and maintain requirements traceability across program teams.
• Assess and monitor supplier quality.
• Assist program teams with identifying and implementing corrective actions.
• Support program team risk assessments.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the ISO 9001 standard and contractual requirements.

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 5 years with Ph.D.
• 12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISO 9001:2015 experience and or requirements certification
• AS9100 experience
• Experience supporting FAA or aviation-related systems.
• Experience assessing suppliers for contractual compliance reliability and quality.
