Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a friendly serviceoriented Patient Attendant to join our Patient Experience Team! In this role you will warmly greet and assist patients family members and visitors while helping them navigate the hospital and clinic. Youll play an important part in creating a welcoming supportive and positive experience for everyone who enters our facilities.

Whats Available:

• Casual Call - Pick up shifts that work for you!

• Starting pay of $16.11 more for experience!

• Location: La Crosse

• Non-benefit eligible position

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting directing escorting and assisting patients visitors and families throughout the hospital and clinic.

• Assist patients with wheelchair use transport and wayfinding while ensuring safety

• Support checkin processes for visitors and vendors and respond to customer questions concerns or needs using appropriate resources.

• Maintain clean clutterfree entrances and notify Environmental Services or Security when additional support is needed.

• Perform a variety of clerical duties including basic computer use paging phone skills and data entry for tracking logs and reports.

What Youll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency

• 1 year of experience working with the public

• 1 year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred

• Basic computer skills is a plus!
