About the role
At Convatec were transforming how we are delivering people experience moving beyond traditional shared services to create frictionless peoplecentric experiences at scale.
As Total Rewards People Experience Lead you will play a key global role in shaping and continuously improving how reward and mobility services are delivered across Convatec. Operating within our Convatec Business Services (CBS) model you will translate Total Rewards strategy into simple scalable and highquality services that support colleagues and leaders around the world.
This is a senior handson leadership role for someone who thrives in optimization problemsolving and innovation and who is passionate about improving colleague experience through smarter processes strong partnership and technologyenabled solutions.
Whatyoulldo
In this role you will:
Lead and develop ahighperforming global Total Rewards People Experience team fostering engagement capability growth and strong ownership
Translate Total Rewards strategy intooperational scalable services balancing global consistency with local requirements
Continuously improve Reward and Mobility services across areas such ascompensation benefits recognitionwelrrlbeing and mobility
Identifyopportunities tosimplify automate and modernize processes partnering closely with HR Technology Finance and GBS Transformation teams
Act as a trusted partner to HR colleagues and business stakeholders to deliverreliable compliant and peoplefocused services
Own service performance through clear KPIs governance and continuous improvement
Support a seamless colleague and manager experience across key lifecycle moments such as annual compensation processes benefits changes and employee movement
Contribute to enterprisewide improvements by connecting Reward services with broader People Finance and IT processes

Werelooking for someone who brings bothexperience and mindset. Youdonthave to tick every box but you should bring strong capability in most areas below:
Significant experiencedeliveringTotal Rewards or People Operations serviceswithin a shared services or global delivery model
Strong understanding of reward and benefit administration and how itoperatesacross different regions
Proven success incontinuously improving services including process optimization and automation
Experience working withHR or HCM systemsand partnering with technology teams to improve service delivery
Confidence working with ambiguity making decisions and taking ownership endtoend
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate clearly with senior partners
A peoplecentric mindset with attention to detail and a passion for improving colleague experience
Fluent written and spokenEnglish(additionallanguages are a plus)

Location & work setup
This role is open tomultiple locationsand will be aligned to local employment structures. It requires close collaboration across regions and time zones with flexible working arrangements available depending on location.This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and will partner closely with global stakeholders to support enterprise-wide Total Rewards services.
