Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and results-drivenPersonal Lines Account Managerto join the team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing exceptional service for personal lines insurance clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to client satisfaction excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of personal lines insurance clients fostering strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • Process policy changes endorsements and renewals ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Provide clients with clear explanations of policy coverage options and pricing while identifying opportunities to meet their evolving insurance needs.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries concerns and claims in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Proactively monitor accounts for potential issues lapse risks or opportunities for value-added services.
  • Assist with new business quoting onboarding and issuance of policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files through the agency management system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals and initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education & Experience:

    • Proven experience as an Account Manager with a focus on personal lines insurance highly preferred.
    • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and services.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented highly organized and capable of problem-solving under pressure.
    • Proficient in insurance agency management systems and other related technologies.
    • A team player who champions collaboration and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
