Bartender

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic team in Mysuru India. As a Bartender you will be the face of our establishment delivering exceptional service while crafting high-quality beverages that exceed our guests expectations. • Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and quality standards ensuring consistency and excellence in every drink
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of drink names ingredients preparation methods appropriate glassware and garnishes
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wine selections by the glass and across multiple categories in varying price ranges and styles
• Possess thorough understanding of specialty beverages including single malt scotches cognacs craft cocktails and beer offerings
• Provide superior customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly professional and empathetic manner
• Manage bar inventory efficiently monitor stock levels and communicate any necessary restocking needs to management and support staff
• Complete daily inventory reports with accuracy and transparency
• Handle cash transactions and payment processing with precision providing prompt and accurate income reports at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean organized and sanitary bar environment adhering to all food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Collaborate seamlessly with servers kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow and operational efficiency
• Multitask effectively during peak service periods while maintaining composure and delivering consistent quality
• Sell beverages responsibly prioritizing guest well-being and making ethical recommendations
• Assist with additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management
• Report to work punctually and maintain a professional appearance at all times

Qualifications :

• Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (preferred)
• Strong beverage knowledge with expertise in mixology cocktails wines spirits and beer
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele
• Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
• Food safety and sanitation certification or willingness to obtain one
• Mixology or bartending certification (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
