Job Summary
- Provide friendly efficient and professional service to all guests and clients
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails wines and spirits
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed.
Qualifications :
- Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant fast-paced high-volume venue.
- Knowledge of cocktails cocktail making and beverage production spirits wine and beer and know what is on-trend.
- Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Adaptable and able to multi-task.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and a can do attitude.
- Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster including late nights weekends and public holidays.
- Must have RSA certificate.
Additional Information :
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
