Bartender Position in Viman Nagar

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team in Viman Nagar. As a Bartender you will play a crucial role in creating welcoming experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails beers wines and non-alcoholic options.
• Engage with customers to take orders and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Mix ingredients according to recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide recommendations based on guests tastes and preferences.
• Manage inventory and monitor the supply of alcohol and ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol regulations.
• Prepare garnishes and glassware to enhance drink presentation.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Assist in training new bartenders and staff on bar procedures.
• Participate in special events and promotions as necessary.
• Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to learn.
• Knowledge of local laws regarding alcohol service and safety.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as kegs and boxes.
