Job Summary
As our Labor Relations & Workforce Compliance Consultant you arent just managing disputes youre building the framework for an engaged and high-performing workplace. You will serve as a strategic architect blending data-driven insights with human-centric solutions to navigate the complexities of labor relations and People Operations and help us balance the scales of compliance and care. Youll be the bridge between our leaders and our workforce ensuring we stay compliant while keeping our culture thriving.
Why this role matters:
Youll use your critical thinking and empathy to manage disputes analyze labor trends and partner with our People Operations team on key labor projects. We need a consultant who sees the person behind the grievance and the strategy behind the data. Youll help break down silos by partnering with People Operations and our leadership to ensure our labor strategies align with our broader culture. Youll analyze grievances NLRB trends and compliance metrics to identify patterns and prevent issues before they arise. Youll be the go-to resource that makes our Labor Relations team faster smarter and more effective.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Business or related degree or equivalent least three (3) years of Human Resources and Labor Relations experience with HR Generalist knowledge of and skill applying local state and federal laws.

Compensation Range
$97665.00 - $146497.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
