Overview
Group 1 Buick GMC South is growing and looking to add Automotive Technicians of all skill levelsfrom entry-level to experienced and master-certifiedto our team!

*Candidates without hands-on automotive experience must be currently enrolled in or have completed an automotive technician training program to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics troubleshooting and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors
Qualifications
- Previous automotive experience preferred
- For candidates without hands-on automotive experience current enrollment in or completion of an automotive technician training program is required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and team mindset
