What Youll Do

• Provide home care therapy under the supervision of aPT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Completeaccurateandtimelytherapy documentation (training provided)
• Be the best part of someones day!

Visit Expectations

• Full-time assistants typically complete 28 or more visits per week with most completing around 30
• Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $44 - $55 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience qualifications and internal equity.

What Youll Need

• ActivePTAlicense in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email textingEMR systems(training provided)
