Job Summary

Join Cross Border Talents as a Freelance Recruiter and work with a global network of professionals across multiple this role you will manage recruitment projects end-to-end connecting clients with suitable candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Source screen and engage candidates through various channels
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing needs

This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity allowing you to manage your workload independently.

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing
Familiarity with recruitment tools and online platforms
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
Proactive organized and results-oriented approach
Fluency in English
