About the Project

You will be working on a globally recognized travel platform that connects millions of travelers with accommodation partners worldwide. Your role will focus on supporting partners with their day-to-day operations ensuring their listings are optimized and their experience with the platform remains smooth and efficient.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming partner inquiries via phone email and chat
• Provide clear and effective solutions to resolve partner issues
• Assist with updates regarding room availability pricing and booking modifications
• Guide partners in using internal tools and systems effectively
• Ensure a high standard of communication and service quality
• Build positive relationships with partners through professional support

Requirements

• Fluent in Croatian and English (both required)
• EU passport or valid Greek residence/work permit
• Ready to relocate to Athens as soon as possible
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
