Job Overview:

As an IT Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany you will play a crucial role in the companys operations by providing technical support and maintaining our IT systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure and identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to all employees including troubleshooting hardware and software issues setting up new equipment and maintaining network systems.

- Monitor and maintain the companys IT systems including servers databases and applications to ensure optimal performance and security.

- Identify areas for improvement in our IT processes and systems and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide recommendations for new tools and systems.

- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our data.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to make recommendations for future upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware software and network systems.

- Experience with database management and SQL.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
