Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday at our office in Jonesboro Arkansas.

Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany you will be responsible for collecting organizing and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our business operations. You will work closely with our sales marketing and finance teams to identify trends track performance and make data-driven decisions to drive our companys success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources including sales transactions market trends and customer demographics

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management

- Identify patterns and trends in data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business operations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions

- Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders

- Monitor data quality identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity and consistency

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and recommend new tools and techniques to improve data analysis processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Economics Computer Science or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality

- Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends is a plus
