Position: Licence Clerk
Job Type: (Remote)
Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licence Clerk to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Licence Clerk you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company is compliant with all necessary licences and permits while also providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all company licences and permits including renewals and expirations
- Monitor and track upcoming licence renewals and ensure timely submission of required documentation
- Communicate with government agencies and other relevant parties to obtain and update necessary licences and permits
- Assist in the preparation of licence applications and supporting documents
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant licensing regulations and requirements
- Provide administrative support to the team including organizing meetings maintaining calendars and managing correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
- Keep up-to-date with changes in licensing regulations and communicate any updates to the team
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a real estate or property management company
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and procedures is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
