Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel Reservations Specialist to assist with coordinating and managing travel bookings for clients. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently staying organized and helping others plan seamless travel experiences.
In this role you will use company-provided systems tools and training to manage reservations organize travel details and support clients throughout the booking process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage travel reservations including accommodations transportation and activities
- Organize and confirm travel details such as dates itineraries and booking confirmations
- Communicate with clients to gather preferences and provide updates
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and tools
- Ensure all travel arrangements are handled efficiently and professionally
- Provide support to clients throughout the planning and booking process
