• Safely perform transfers (bed chair toilet) with proper technique
• Travel between 23 client homes per shift
• Assist with mobility fall prevention and repositioning
• Communicate clearly with clients families and office staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely updates

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
• Proven experience with hands-on transfers (gait belts standby assist etc.)
• Physically capable of assisting clients with mobility needs
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong time management and punctuality
• CNA or HHA certification Required

• Consistent 12-hour weekend shifts
• Opportunity to work with higher-acuity clients
