Were now looking for a Sales Manager Hygienic Fluid Handling & Heat Transfer to lead and grow this important business across Australia and NewZealand.
This is a commercial leadership role where youll shape strategy lead a highperforming sales team and build strong distributor and partner networks in a market with significant growth potential.

What youll do
- Own and execute the sales strategy for Hygienic Fluid Handling & Heat Transfer in Oceania
- Lead coach and develop a highperforming sales team setting clear direction and accountability
- Drive profitable growth across base business projects and new market opportunities
- Build and elevate sales channel management working closely with distributors integrators and system builders
- Develop and strengthen channel partners to take them to next level in growth
- Develop and deliver business plans sales forecasts and budgets
- Drive disciplined sales execution through CRM usage pipeline management and sales processes
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Service and Global Business Units to deliver on aligned activities
- Support product launches digital initiatives and customer engagement activities across the region
What you bring
- Proven experience leading sales teams and channels in hygienic process applications
- Strong background working with distributors integrators and system builders
- Commercial acumen with the ability to turn strategy into execution
- Experience in fluid handling products: pumps valves tank equipment installation material and/or heat transfer technologies (or closely related equipment)
- A leadership style that motivates develops and drives accountability
- Confidence working in a matrix global organization
- A resultsdriven customercentric mindset
