Job Summary
As a Surveillance Analystyoullplay a critical role inmaintainingfair orderly and efficient markets by monitoring trading activity and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Youllthrive in this position ifyouredetail-oriented analytical and bring a passion for market integrity to a fast-paced high-impact environment.This is five days a week in-office role.
Key Responsibilities
- -Monitorreal-time trading activity and conduct post-trade analysis to detect anomalies and ensure market integrity.
- - Review electronically generated alerts and investigate potential market manipulation or rule violations.
- - Support market interventions such as trade breaks and suspensions under supervisor guidance.
- - Respond to marketparticipantinquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- - Collaborate with compliance technology and operations teams to strengthen surveillance processes.
Required Qualifications
- -Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- - At least 1 year of experience in surveillance compliance trading operations or a related field.
- - Strongproficiencywith Microsoft Excel; comfortable with Word and PowerPoint.
- - Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- - Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a regulated fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- - Experience in financial markets brokerage operations or regulatory compliance.
- - Familiarity with market surveillance tools or trading platforms.
