If so Griswold Home Care for Medina Wayne & Western Stark Counties is seeking empathetic and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team! As a caregiver you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Caregiver Role:

As an In-Home Caregiver you will provide personalized care to individuals in their homes. By building relationships with clients and their families you will play a vital role in ensuring their well-being and comfort. Clients typically receive 4 hours of care and longer shifts may be available. We currently have daytime shifts available.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living; such as bathing grooming and dressing
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Remind clients about self-administered medications
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
• Assist with light housekeeping and household tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands

Requirements:

• Preferred1 yrs of care-giving and mechanical liftexperience butwe are willing to train you.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
