Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Program Management & Coordination
Manage end-to-end intake prioritization and tracking for projects across Product/Tech Strategic Planning Site Research and Science teams
Coordinate deliverables and dependencies across technical and business partner teams within the broader Growth & Development organization
Establish and maintain program management mechanisms including status reporting risk management and stakeholder communication frameworks
Drive alignment on timelines resources and success metrics across multiple concurrent initiatives
Data Governance & Quality
Lead data governance strategy and implementation for both third-party and proprietary systems
Build and maintain mechanisms to ensure high-quality complete and accurate data across all organizational data assets
Establish data quality standards monitoring processes and remediation workflows
Partner with technical teams to implement data validation cleansing and enrichment processes
Transformation & Special Projects
Drive completion of high-impact special projects at the intersection of enterprise process improvement transformation and AI-augmented continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for operational excellence and efficiency gains across the organization breaking complex problems down into clear milestones to drive execution.
Lead change management efforts for process transformations and new technology implementations in partnership with Program Management and Functional stakeholder teams.
Champion adoption of AI and automation solutions to enhance team productivity and decision-making
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing implementing and scaling upskilling apprenticeship or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
