Where Youll Make a Difference

• Act as a key communication link between customers Sales Account Managers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate multiple fragrance development projects in collaboration with perfumers laboratories marketing production customer service and scent design teams
• Receive and process customer sample requests inquiries and time-sensitive requests related to fragrance products and materials
• Manage project setup and administration including project entries submissions reworks pricing adoptions line extensions and SAP (Systems Applications and Products) entries
• Maintain accurate project documentation records and customer portfolios across systems and shared folders
• Support customers with pricing fragrance oils samples documentation and followups
• Coordinate daily shipments prepare labels and shipping documentation and serve as the onsite contact for sample logistics
• Ensure customer portfolios comply with current industry regulations by coordinating safety documentation and toxicology requests with the regulatory team

What Makes You the Right Fit

• 13 years of relevant professional experience preferably within the fragrance or flavor industry
• Strong customer focus and results-driven. Ability to apply sound judgment analysis and sensitivity to customer needs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfort working in a deadlinedriven environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical
• Clear and professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint
• Availability and commitment to work onsite 45 days per week

• Experience working with SAP Project Management and CRM systems
• Strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
