R-Dent Dental Laboratory in Bartlett TN is known for fast quality restorations and advanced digital technology. We are growing and looking for a skilled CAD/CAM Designer to join our production team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Dental Designer with a strong background in fixed anterior (cosmetic) implant and/or removable design. This is a hands-on production-focused role working onsite in a fast-paced quality lab environment.

Available Schedules

• Day Shift: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
• Night Shift: MondayFriday 5:00 PM 2:00 AM
• Note: Night shift candidates may complete initial orientation during day shift hours (7:30 AM 4:30 PM).

What Youll Do

• Design fixed anterior (cosmetic) implant (including All-on-4 full-arch and abutments) and/or removable restorations using CAD/CAM technology
• Create and plan surgical guides using software such as Read Guide or Chrome
• Order implant components and accurately place parts within digital models
• Perform quality control (QC) checks on implant cases using 3Shape
• Interpret prescriptions and collaborate directly with dentists on treatment planning
• Solve design challenges and meet daily production goals in a high-volume lab setting
• Talk to doctors about treatment plans scans and cases.

What Were Looking For

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of CAD/CAM dental design experience in a production lab
• Proficiency with 3Shape for:
• Fixed anterior (cosmetic) restorations
• Implants (including All-on-4 full-arch cases and abutments)
• Removable (including flexible partials)
• Experience designing and planning surgical guides using Read Guide Chrome or other dental lab software
• Experience ordering implant parts placing parts and performing QC checks in 3Shape
• Discussing treatment plans with doctors

Education/Other Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must follow all company policies and procedures

This is an onsite position in our Bartlett TN laboratory. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on accuracy and turnaround time.
