What Youll Do:
Greet and assist patients visitors and staff with a warm and professional approach
Coordinate therapy appointment schedules and assist with calendar management
Support patient transport and therapist communication
Handle basic administrative duties including data entry documentation and supply tracking
Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure a smooth efficient workflow

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
