What Youll Do:

• Greet and assist patients visitors and staff with a warm and professional approach

• Coordinate therapy appointment schedules and assist with calendar management

• Support patient transport and therapist communication

• Handle basic administrative duties including data entry documentation and supply tracking

• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure a smooth efficient workflow

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of medical health experience.
