This role leads the design development and ongoing support of clinical technology solutions for the Cronos business unit. The position partners closely with Clinical Operations and IT teams to deliver reliable scalable and compliant data systems that support clinical study workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Developer overseeing the design development implementation maintenance and user support of custom and configurable applications.
• Apply technical expertise and domain knowledge to build solutions that support clinical data study workflows.
• Program test and document systems in alignment with coding standards enterprise security requirements and system validation procedures.
• Develop and maintain data integration workflows including ETL processes for data extraction transformation and loading.
• Identify system or workflow inconsistencies and proactively present solutions to Clinical and Operations stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation revision and maintenance of SOPs work instructions and system documentation.
• Support the evaluation testing and implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with project teams to define timelines responsibilities and deliverables ensuring assigned objectives are met.
• Mentor team members to strengthen technical database and application development capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong communication channels and working relationships with internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Systems Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Several years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
• Required experience with Microsoft M365 technologies including Power Automate Power Apps Power BI and SharePoint.
• Preferred experience with ServiceNow or other IT service management platforms.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Familiarity with system development and issuetracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Strong organizational communication and technical skills.
• Experience working within crossfunctional delivery teams.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues managers and clients.
