Role Overview
As a Technical Support Advisor you will support customers with technical issues related to TV and audiovisual products ensuring a smooth and high-quality service experience.
What Youll Do
- Provide technical support via phone email or chat
- Troubleshoot TV and audiovisual device issues
- Guide customers step-by-step to resolve problems
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements
- Native or C1 level in Danish
- Good level of English
- Interest in technology and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer or technical support is a plus
Whats Offered
- Salary: 21400 gross/year
- Bonus: Up to 1800 gross/year
- Full-time (39h/week MondayFriday 09:0018:00)
