Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Assist the project management office with operational tasks involving reporting processes and project controlling.

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of data within internal project management tools.

• Maintaining and updating technical templates for customer-facing deliverables ensuring the highest level of accuracy and professional standards.

• Proactively identifying opportunities for process automation and exploring AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and document quality.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You are currently an enrolled student looking for a practical high-impact working student role.

• You possess professional-level proficiency in English and strong communication skills.

• You are proficient in Google Workspace and possess advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel.

• You have a proactive collaborative mindset and the ability to own tasks autonomously.

• You have a sharp attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in all deliverables.

• Background in AI or fundamental scripting is required.

• You are a fast learner who adapts seamlessly to new challenges.

• You possess exceptional organizational skills and a highly structured way of working allowing you to handle tasks with a high level of responsibility.

• You are an innovative thinker embracing flexibility and the potential of AI.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with data reporting software like Amazon QuickSight.

• Practical knowledge of JIRA for task and project tracking.
