Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a Litigation Attorney to join a well-established Southern California defense practice in San Diego. This opportunity offers hands-on case ownership consistent workflow and mentorship from experienced trial attorneys.

Youll work in a collaborative hybrid environment where attorneys are trusted with responsibility and supported in their development.

What Youll Be Doing

Managing civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
Taking and defending depositions including expert witnesses
Drafting and arguing motions
Participating in settlement discussions and trial preparation
Maintaining direct client communication and case strategy
